Master Leadership Performance D - Self-Development
Leadership Performance D builds on Leadership Performance A to C and concludes our Master Leadership Performance Program. This training conveys concrete management-methods to increase your capacity for teamwork.
Competence development is supported individually and goal-oriented through psychological feedback from our Team of Experts in Psychology in collaboration with Prof. Funke throughout as well as after the training.
Leadership Performance A-D is a training program in four phases that build on each other. The complete program aims to fully develop the 10 most essential behavioral competencies for modern leadership.
Our learning method "learning through experience" which is implemented throughout the entire training, as well as practical tasks will guide you in achieving an authentic leadership style.
Each of the four phases will be awarded with a certificate upon sucessful completion which will allow you to participate in the next phase of the program.
Requirement: Senior Management (at least 3 yeras of leadership experience)
