The standards That we demand from our training managers and coaches are high. In addition to a prerequisite of more than 10 years of hands-on leadership experience for being signed on as a trainer in training, leadership trainers also have to undergo extensive internal training before they are officially certified by the Business Performance academy and allowed to carry out our trainings on their own.

How effective a good trainer or a good coach really is depends to 85% on how he is reaching out to the participants of a training. Didactic competencies are the key to success for any counseling and support. The competencies of our trainers and partners are based on excellent professional experience and proven trainer skills in combination with the successful and scientifically based method and didactic instruments of the Business Performance Academy. This is the only way for achieving unparalleled results in the shaping of leadership behavior of managers and executives.
